Packaging
Unframed Prints: Prints are slightly rolled and shipped in eco-friendly, crush-resistant paper tubes.
Framed Prints: Framed prints are packaged in eco-friendly, crush-resistant cardboard boxes to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

Tracking
Your shipment comes with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor its status. Use the tracking link provided in your confirmation email to follow your package. Local postal services, such as the USPS in the USA, will handle the final delivery.

Additional Information
Signature: A signature may be required upon delivery to ensure safe receipt of your package.
Import Taxes: All products are tax-included, so you don’t need to pay additional taxes.

Damaged or Lost Items
Damaged Items: If your print arrives damaged, please retain the packaging and print(s) as photos may be needed for insurance claims. Contact us at Mr_right@mail.ichprint.com for assistance in obtaining a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages: If your package is lost, please contact us within four weeks of the dispatch date.
