FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q1: Why are there so few payment options available?

A1: We apologize for any inconvenience caused by our limited payment options. Unfortunately, foreign payment institutions, such as Stripe, are not very friendly towards Chinese merchants. Applying for these payment methods is challenging and costly, and we do not want to pass these additional costs onto our prints. However, we are actively working to introduce new, convenient payment methods for you.

Q2: Do you ship internationally?

A2: Absolutely, we are delighted to share our artistic culture and blessings with you. For orders over 100 USD, we offer free shipping services.

Q3: When will my order be shipped?

A3: Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days. Woodblock prints are dispatched from China; shipping time to the Americas, Europe, and Oceania usually takes about 10-15 days. We are integrating new, faster logistical pathways to hopefully deliver these blessings to your hands within 20 days after you place your order.

Q4: Are all your prints handmade?

A4: Certainly, all the prints you see are completely handcrafted, from design to carving to printing. I don't believe my ancestors would use machines.

Q5: Do your prints really have blessed properties?

A5: I cannot be certain, but what I can assure you is that the quality of life for the average person is continuously improving, and so is the happiness index.

Q6: Where do your creative inspirations come from?

A6: Currently, only about 20% of the inspiration for our creations is infused into the artwork you see, the rest 80% comes from our ancestors.

Q7: Will you reprint old prints?

A7: Probably not. Most of our artworks are limited editions, and there are too many woodblock prints in our long history for us to consider reprinting; we want to share new ones with you.

Q8: I would like to order a custom print, do you accept commissions?

A8: Yes, we have always offered private or corporate customization services. Please contact us for more details.

Q9: How should I care for my woodblock print?

A9: You don’t need to worry too much. The materials we use are passed down through generations. Works from as far back as the year 618 are still viewable today. Of course, if you could frame it, it might even be more effective.
