Returning an item

I want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you're not satisfied, please email me within 14 calendar days from the delivery date, and I'll provide further instructions. Please use the original packaging for the return shipment, and note that you'll be responsible for the cost of the return shipment.

Receiving a refund
I'll refund the amount paid (excluding any customs fees or the cost of return shipping) once I've received and inspected the returned item. The refund amount may reflect any damage or use. Custom-made items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Canceling an order
If you change your mind and need to cancel an order before it's shipped, please drop me an email as soon as possible.
